How a Boo Basket Draw Works
- 1
Add names
And a spending limit for the basket.
- 2
Share one link
By text, email or a QR code on the door.
- 3
Everyone draws
Each person draws a name from their own link, with a wishlist for candy likes and allergies.
Built for a Boo Basket
A Boo Basket exchange is a Halloween name draw. Everyone draws one person and fills a basket of treats for them, in secret.
No one draws their own name
Impossible by design. If your rules leave no valid combination, the generator says so rather than producing a broken draw.
People can add themselves
Share one link and each person adds their own name. You set how many can join and when the link closes.
Candy likes and allergies
Everyone can list the treats they like and the ones they cannot eat, and only the person who drew them can see it.
Pairs kept apart
Mark who should not draw whom, such as partners or housemates, and the draw works around them.
Halloween Themes
This page is shown in Pumpkin. A Boo Basket group can use Pumpkin, Night or Cauldron, and everyone sees it on the draw, the group pages, the invite, the emails and the link preview. Themes are a paid upgrade.

Boo Basket Questions
A Halloween gift exchange. Everyone draws one name and fills a basket of treats for that person, in secret. It works the same way as a Secret Santa, in October.
No. No one needs an account, a password or an email address to take part. A link is enough. If you do have addresses, sending everyone their own link by email is free and needs no upgrade.
Yes. Share one link instead of entering everyone yourself, and each person adds their own name. The link also has a QR code that can be printed. You set how many can join and when the link closes, and you draw names when you are ready.
On their wishlist. Each person can list the candy they like and anything they cannot eat, and only the person who drew them can see it.
Add them and reset the draw so everyone is assigned again. If a change leaves the draw broken, the organizer gets a notice explaining exactly what is wrong along with a one-click reset.
