All content submitted to the Service is subject to review, moderation, and removal at our sole discretion. This includes, without limitation:
- Group names, descriptions, event details, spending limits, messages to participants, and any other group field.
- Participant names, wishlist names, and wishlist item titles, descriptions, notes, prices, and links.
- Custom web addresses and any other vanity identifier claimed through the Service.
- Images and other files uploaded for groups, accounts, participants, or wishlist items, including logos and avatars.
- Account names, display names, profile details, and email addresses shown to other users.
- Any other free-text field, upload, or user-supplied value anywhere in the Service.
We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to review, screen, edit, refuse, restrict access to, revoke, remove, or delete any such content, in whole or in part, at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. Reasons may include, but are not limited to:
- Profanity, obscenity, or sexually explicit material.
- Hateful, harassing, threatening, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive material.
- Content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or violates the rights of any person.
- Content that infringes the copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights of a third party.
- Impersonation of another person, brand, or organization, or any attempt to imply an affiliation with or endorsement by SecretSantaHat.com that does not exist.
- Spam, advertising, solicitation, phishing, or other deceptive or fraudulent material.
- Malware, or content intended to compromise the Service, its systems, or its users.
- Content we determine, in our sole judgment, to be otherwise unsuitable for the Service or inconsistent with its purpose as a family-friendly gift exchange.
We do not pre-screen content and are under no duty to monitor the Service. Our decision not to act on particular content does not waive our right to act on that content or any other content later. Where content is removed under this Section, we may also modify, suspend, or terminate the account or group associated with it in accordance with Sections 4 and 12.
Where a custom web address is revoked, removed, or reassigned under this Section, the associated group remains reachable through its standard address. Removal of content under this Section does not entitle you to a refund of any fee paid, and Section 8 continues to apply.
If you believe content on the Service violates these Terms or infringes your rights, please contact us using the details in Section 15 so that we can review it.

8. Fees and Payments
While many features of the Service are free, we offer premium features or other paid services. By purchasing any paid services, you agree to provide accurate payment information and pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable.
