No. Nobody needs an account, a password or an email address to take part. A link is enough. If you do have addresses, sending everyone their own link by email is free and needs no upgrade.
No, and that is the main reason to use it. Each person draws whenever they open their link. The organizer can see who has drawn and who has not, and send whoever is left a reminder rather than chasing them at their desk.
Add them and reset the draw so everyone is assigned again. If a change leaves the draw broken, the organizer gets a notice explaining exactly what is wrong along with a one-click reset.
