Getting a Shirt Exchange Organized

Name the exchange
Give it a name and tick the box that says everyone is giving a T-shirt. If the name already says so, we tick it for you.

Add everyone
Type names or paste a list you already have. Add email addresses for anyone you have them for.

Everyone draws and gives their size
Each person opens their own link, sees who they drew, and picks their cut and size in two taps. Nobody has to write a wishlist.

Buy the right size
The size of the person you drew sits on the same page as their name. If they have not answered yet, ask to be told when they do.
The Part of a Shirt Swap That Actually Goes Wrong
Nobody forgets whose name they drew. What they do not know is what size to buy, and asking ruins the surprise - so most groups guess, and somebody ends up with a shirt they cannot wear.
Cut and size, not just a letter
A fitted L and a unisex L are different garments. Both are asked for separately, so the person shopping knows which one to click.
Their size, on the page with their name
The size of the person you drew appears right under who you drew. No hunting through a wishlist, no asking the organizer to relay it.
Told the moment they answer
If the person you drew has not given their size yet, ask to be told when they do. We email you as soon as it lands, with the size in the message.
The organizer can see who is missing
The manage page lists who has given a size and who has not, and can nudge the stragglers without anybody learning who drew whom.
Answer once, not every year
A size given in one exchange carries into the next one you join, so returning groups only have to answer the first time.
Room for the gag anyway
Sizes replace the wishlist as the thing everybody is asked for, but the wishlist is still there - useful when somebody has a colour they will not wear or a joke they are hoping for.
T-Shirt Exchange Questions
No. This is a gift exchange, not a bulk order - each person buys one shirt for the one person they drew. That is why the size goes to the buyer rather than into a spreadsheet for the organizer.
Unisex from XS to 5XL, fitted from XS to 3XL, and youth from XS to XL. Cut and size are asked separately, and there is a spare line for anything else worth saying, like running small or preferring it roomy.
Yes. In a shirt exchange the size is what everybody is asked for and the wishlist becomes optional, but it is still there for anyone who wants to hint at a design, a colour, or something to avoid.
Yes. Collecting sizes is a setting of its own rather than a format, so it works whether you are drawing names or drawing a random turn order for a White Elephant style swap.
Yes. Unlimited groups and participants, the guest list, the spending limit, sizes, wishlists and email invites all cost nothing and need no account.
