How the Summer Draw Works
- 1
Add the names
Or share one link and let each person add their own.
- 2
Set a limit and a date
One spending limit for every gift, and the day of the exchange.
- 3
Everyone draws
Each person draws a name from their own link, wherever they are spending the summer.
Built for a Summer Exchange
A Christmas in July exchange is a Secret Santa held in the summer, often by groups that are too busy in December.
Draw from anywhere
No one has to be in the same place. Each person draws on their own device, in their own time.
People add themselves
Share one link and each person adds their own name. You set how many can join and when the link closes.
Wishlists
Everyone lists what they would like, with photos and sizes, and only the person who drew them sees it.
Pairs kept apart
Mark who should not draw whom, such as partners, and the draw works around them.
A Summer Look for the Group
This page is shown in Christmas in July, an aqua theme with names drawn from a beach pail. A group can use it on the draw, the group pages, the invite, the emails and the link preview. Themes are a paid upgrade.

Christmas in July Questions
A Christmas celebration held in the summer, often with a Secret Santa. Everyone draws one name and buys a gift for that person, within a spending limit.
No. A link is enough to take part. If you have email addresses, sending everyone their own link by email is free.
Yes. Each person draws from their own link on any device, so the group does not need to meet until the exchange itself, or at all if gifts are shipped.
Add them and draw again so everyone is assigned again. If a change leaves the draw broken, the organizer gets a notice explaining what is wrong along with a one-click reset.
